1. Fees and Rewards: We charge a fixed call-out fee of 1,000 PHP to mobilize to the agreed location. If our experts successfully recover your lost jewelry, a reward of your choice is expected, clearly agreed upon transparently upfront.
2. Service Limitations: We utilize professional equipment and expertise to execute rapid response searches, but we do not guarantee the recovery of any lost item. Our obligation is to perform a diligent, reasonable search at your specified location for the agreed time frame (usually within 48 hours).
3. Liability: LostRing.ph shall not be liable for any damages or losses to the environment or any third parties during the execution of our services. We hold no liability if the item cannot be located for reasons including, but not limited to, tides shifting the item entirely, the location being incorrect, or the item having already been recovered by a third party.
